This page has maps of certain new cell antenna sites approved by the City of Elk Grove. Each one is a City owned light pole in the public right of way. The sites will be shown by address.
The City has issued permits for some of them but not all of them. The intention is that the City will issue permits for all of them once the companies (AT&T and Verizon) file complete applications.
The City’s web page for cell antennas has a list of these sites showing the nearest street address, street and cross street and pole ID number. There is a link to an “interactive map” too but it doesn’t show you what these maps show you.
The companies have also applied for permits for cell antennas at sites that are not on the City’s list. According to the terms of the Master License Agreements between the City and both companies the City Manager has the discretion to amend or supplement that list by adding new sites. (Section 4.2a)
This page will be updated to include maps for all the sites where the companies have applied for permits. Please feel free to notify me of any corrections, etc.
